NTSB most Wanted 2016

NTSB-LogoThe NTSB lists Loss of Control - Inflight (or LOC-I) for general aviation to its most wanted list for the second year in a row. LOC-I has remained the number one cause of fatal accidents for airplanes for over a decade. Almost half of fatal GA accidents are LOC-I accidents. Reducing the number of LOC-I accidents will have a dramatic effect on GA safety. AFD recommends that all airplane pilots get educated on LOC-I and get Upset Prevention and Recovery Training so they can better mitigate the risks of having a LOC-I incident and be prepared should an incident occur. See the NTSB most wanted list. See the AOPA Live This Week - January 14, 2016 video that discusses this subject.
